im starting a legal process vs kaining in europe and argentina , they lack of documents to homologate their bikes denaying proof of directorshipp to do the hague conevntion certificate, i tried everything to fix this iissue before get to this point, i already loose face with my customers, i never asked them to pay for nothing, my company was going to cover everything , if you are thinking to do long term relation , run awaynfrom this company, the owner, freda, dosent answer the message forna week, the selling agent, angela , she tried as hard as she can to fix  the issue  but i think , they are missing some kind of document and that cost me a lot money. later on, when inhave the european court sue ill attach to the review with all the converstaion
